Meet Debra Lee
Spiritual Mentor For Over 30 Years. I Love Helping People In Building Their Confidence, Believing In Themselves More, Self Love And Empowerment. Relaxation and Living Breath Motivator, Soul Voice & Singing Empowerment Coach, Mental Health Advocate.
From living with deep depression for many years to loosing a loved son to suicide, I was healed through our God Almighty, and I am now living in supernatural joy & divine inner peace, all Glory to God.
Here are some of my responses to some of the questions you may have started asking yourself.
Q1. Are you being honest with yourself?
Before we can be honest with others we have to be completely honest with ourselves. This belief keeps the darkness away, bringing more peace joy and clarity into our life.
Q2. Are you often wearing a mask to hide what you are really going through?
In the past I didn't realize I was wearing a mask. I have always loved to smile and didn't allow my mind to become a victim in the negative life situations of trauma etc. which most of us go through at some stage. Laughter is the best medicine.
Q7. Have you sometimes felt like you just need someone to talk to that won’t judge you or condemn you?
I feel it is very important to find that someone that you can share your life challenges and stories with. I have been most fortunate that God always brings beautiful brothers and sisters in Christ into my life that accept me and that I can be completely vulnerable and open with, being my authentic self and experiencing no judgment.
Q20. Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed with the inevitability of death at some point in the future?
Years ago I didn't like the idea of death, but since I surrendered my life to God I feel the beautiful peace within and I live every day pressing into the joy that comes from being in the presence of the living God.
Q24. Have you been worried of opening up as it could lead to you being told you need to seek professional help?
Yes everyone definitely needs a trustworthy person in our life to speak our truth to, share our troubles with so that the emotions are freed up so they don't become a seed in our hearts which can affect our health in so many ways. Letting go creates freedom, more spontaneity (being ourself without overthinking) peace and joy.
